Cooperation Request for Survey on Japanese Facilities in MI and OH

Each year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan conducts a survey in order to determine the number of Japanese facilities abroad and verify the number of people they employ.  To better serve these facilities, the Japanese government will use this year’s survey data as the basis for its various administrative policies.
 
We are now conducting our 2025 survey and respectfully request your participation. 
 
Please update the form by Friday, January 2, 2026, and provide any necessary revisions to your facility’s data as of October 1, 2025 (which will be kept confidential) by visiting the link or scanning the QR code below.
